Norma Rubalcava is the president for the Parish Council. She and her family have been members of St. Michael Parish for 34 years. She currently serves as Director of Operations at Covenant Hospital Levelland, where she has worked for 26 years. She is married to Jose Castillo and she has two sons, Antonio Reyes, Jr. (28) and Adrian Reyes (23). She is involved as a member of the Jamaica Committee and the Sausage Festival Committee. In the Levelland community, she is a sponsor for Children's Outreach. Norma has a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayland Baptist University.  She says that she is excited to serve the Parish and wants to give her time and talent to serve our Church family.
