The 3rd Annual Fall Festival is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 29 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the Parish Hall. Fun for the entire family with costume contest, games, prizes, food, cake walk, candies, and silent action. No scary costumes please. Proceeds benefit the Parish CCE Program. Donations of bottled water, soft drinks, candy, cakes for the cake walk and silent auction items are welcomed and may be dropped off at the Parish Office.
The St. Michael's Jamaica has been scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023 from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. on the Jamacia Grounds on Sherman Street. Planned for the entire family, the festival will include music, food booths, games, sand volleyball, raffles, silent auction and a car show.
Music groups include: Los Brillantes de Chihuahua, Rick Molina and Grupo Sauve, Day Late Dollar Short, Grupo Vesso, Lynxe Norte, TexLand Band, Majestics and John Hartin.
A Jamaica Prince and Princess Pageant will also be held. Boys and Girls 5 - 12 years old may register for the pageant. Candidates will be judged by the amont of money raised for the church by Oct. 6.
