St. Michael Parish will host its 39th Annual Sausage Lovers Festival Sunday, Feb. 4, 2024 with its traditional German-style link sausage dinner with all the trimmings, including dessert and a drink for $15 per plate. The meal will be served as dine-in or carry-out from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall.

The menu for the meal includes homemade German-style link sausage, German potato salad, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, green beans, fresh rolls and dessert.

Parishioners are planning to prepare 3,000 lbs. of German-style link sausage that will be sold in bulk for $8 per pound beginning Saturday, Feb. 3. A limited amount of breakfast and jalepeno sausage will be prepared and available for sale.

In addition to the dinner, live and silent auctions will be held beginning at 1 p.m. in the Parish Hall. Fresh baked goods will also be available for purchase.
 

At the conclusion of the festival, a drawing will be held for a 2023 Ford F150 4x4 Super Crew truck from Smith Auto Family in Levelland. Tickets for the drawing are $10 each and can be obtained from parishioners or at the Parish Office at 316 E. Washington.
