In order to be ​commissioned as an Extraordinary Minister of the Holy Eucharist, applicants must be at least 16 years of age and have received the ​Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, ​Communion and Confirmation). If married, the applicant must have ​received the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony and married in the Church. Applicants will be interviewed by Fr. Jonathan Phillips prior to the training date.
